HAIR CUT??? maybe coloring??? with curly hair??

Okay I%26#039;m 16. I have natraully curly hair. I hate having it straitened. i wanna know a good way to have it cut. right now my hair is like 2 inches or more past my shoulders. and how would a good way to get it colored be???
