Haircut ideas? or Links?

I want to get my hair cut and my cousin is going to do it and she told me to find some good pictures that she can go off of and I dont know where to look. My hair is kinda long now and Im getting it cut kinda short for summer. ANY AND ALL tips/links/ideas etc will be so great!!





(the one I was thinking of is where its kinda shorter in back and gets a little longer in the front near the face. I dont really know how else to explain it. lol.. but Im open for suggestions..!!! :)
